Yeah, that game last week probably should have gone the other way, but the Cowboys seem to keep themselves in those games where they are completely dominated. Hell, we were beating the Patriots in the third quarter of that game before letting them stomp us.
Your picks look great this week. I would love to see the Bears beat the Vikings, but I know nothing about this new QB. So what is his story, and what are those up in the Ill state saying about him? He's gotta be better than Greise.
Orton started in 2005 after Grossman went out, he went 10-5 and wasn't terrible. Though, it was the Bears' defense that had the spotlight that year and generated most of the points.
GIS him and you'll see why the guy has a reputation as a partier and habitually showed up hung over on Sundays.
The old joke one of my buddies used to throw out was "Put Orton in, even if he's sober".
Friday is here. You guys have a good weekend.
BND,
What happened to them 'boys? That was an awful game. 6 points? I thought I was watching the Bears play.
Yeah Lefty, that game was pretty ugly. Romo was off his game big time. I blmae in on Jessica Simpson. From now on, she needs to be banned from attending the games. No one should ever bring their girlfriends to work. What the hell was Romo thinking?
But we need your Bears to do us a favor next week. Beat Green Bay!!!!
Also, those folks down in New Orleans would greatly appreciate it if you guys could beat the Vikings tonight, so please keep Orton away from the bars and the bong.
Oh for the love of fuck....
The Bears were as threatening as Danzig all night. That offense was just awful. I actually believe the Bears would lose to the Dolphins.
I crashed after half time. The Bears defense lookeed very impressive during that first half, but that offense needs tons of work. I was bummed to wake up this morning and find that they folded in the second half. I guess the Bears will not be receiving any Cajun Christmas cards this year.
Typical Bears. This year they've started off hot (remember the sack on Romo from the first play from scrimmage) and by the second half everything falls apart. This team is incapable of making any kind of adjustment to the enemy and would rather stay rigid, stubborn and stick it out... which leads me to believe Grossman will be back again yet another year.
Whooptee shit.
